As a litigator, I am, unfortunately, used to threats, anger, nasty emails and letters, etc.  It is therefore especially nice to be the recipient of random kindness from a colleague in the legal profession.

As posted here, Mr. Small Claims Court was recently featured in the ABA Journal both online and in print.  Well, I was pleasantly surprised to find a hard copy of the ABA journal sent courtesy of Mr. Eugene Meehan of the Supreme Court Law law firm with the following note:
