In a sign of just how innovative Mr. Small Claims Court’s service is, we have been featured in the October issue of the American Bar Association Journal. As a word of caution, some of the info regarding fees for claims is a bit misleading. For instance, I do not charge $350 for an entire claim from start to finish. $350 is more for consulting, and even that is for the most basic of cases. Overall, however, the ABA did a great job, and my thanks go to Stephanie Francis Ward and the ABA Journal staff. Read the article on Mr. Small Claims Court here.
